GroveQuest Guide

How GroveKeys Work

Small tags hidden at real places. Tap your phone, read a story, do a small task, log your visit. Collect enough and a secret unlocks.

How It Works

1

Find a Key

GroveKeys are physical tags (NFC or QR) placed at specific spots in specific venues. Look for the small brass disc or printed card.

2

Tap or Scan

Hold your phone to the NFC tag, or open your camera and scan the QR code. A story page loads on rosecourt.co.

3

Read + Do

Each key has a short story about the place + a small task. Take a minute, do the thing, log your visit at the bottom of the page.

4

Collect + Unlock

Keys belong to tracks. Complete a full track and a private page unlocks with a code, a small gift, and an invitation deeper into the RoseCourt world.

Questions

Do I need an app?

No. Tapping the NFC tag opens your browser to the key's page. That's it. No account, no install.

Do I have to pay?

No. GroveKeys are free. Most are placed in venues that sell things (coffee shops, markets) so you may want to buy something while you're there — but the quest itself costs nothing.

What's a "track"?

A set of keys grouped by location or theme. The Strip on 7th track has 3 keys along one block of 7th Street in Phoenix. Complete all 3 and the secret unlocks for that track.

What's the secret?

A completion code, a small physical or digital gift, and an invitation to a RoseCourt event or experience tied to the track's theme. Different per track.

Who's behind RoseCourt?

Brady Hugins + a small circle of local hosts (Misch at Strip Mall, Koral at Monsoon Market, others) operating under Witch Haven Grove LLC. Based in Phoenix, Arizona. More on rosecourt.co.

My tap didn't work / I'm confused

Some phones need NFC turned on in Settings. Or scan the QR code with your camera if there's one printed nearby. Still stuck? Email [email protected] — we'll sort you out.
